Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days through the original payment channel. Clients may also opt to apply a credit toward future services. Certain engagements that require significant preparatory work are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the point of sale.

5.2 Infoproduct

Digital materials are eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been accessed. Requests must be sent via our contact form. Once approved, the reimbursement is completed within 14 business days. After this period or usage threshold, access becomes final and no further reimbursements are granted.

5.3 Physical Goods

Items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment confirmation, provided they remain in original condition. After we receive and inspect the shipment, a reimbursement will be issued within 14 business days. Initial shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless the item is defective, in which case we will replace it at no extra charge.

6. No Refunds

Certain bespoke consulting packages and on-site workshops require extensive upfront allocation of resources. These offerings are non-refundable, and such limitations are clearly indicated before purchase. This ensures fair scheduling and commitment of our expert team.

7. Transfer of Service Credits

Purchased service credits may be transferred to another party within 60 days of acquisition. All transfers require written approval and must be arranged via our contact form. Requests submitted after 60 days will be considered case by case.
